Daily Face Yoga Studio provides online face yoga classes, personalized 1-on-1 sessions, group classes, and corporate wellness workshops. All sessions are conducted online via video conferencing platforms unless otherwise specified. Corporate sessions may be conducted in-person in Singapore.

3. Health Disclaimer

Face yoga is a wellness practice, not a medical treatment. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary from person to person. If you have any medical conditions affecting your face, jaw, neck, or skin, please consult your healthcare provider before starting face yoga. We are not liable for any injuries or adverse effects resulting from the practice of face yoga exercises.

4. Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked via WhatsApp or our website contact form. Payment is required before or at the time of the session. We accept various payment methods as communicated during booking. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No-shows will be treated as completed sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, exercises, routines, and branding, is the property of Daily Face Yoga Studio and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Recording of live sessions is not permitted without explicit consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our services respectfully and in good faith. You may not use our platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Daily Face Yoga Studio and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
